Meet the Founder
I’m Carly Morris, founder of Arc Narratives and a senior communications partner with nearly two decades of experience working with organisations globally.
My background spans internal and external communications, content strategy, and member relations, from technology PR in Auckland and London to nine years at the Internet Society in Geneva. Across every role, the constant has been a commitment to clear, human, and grounded communication.
Internal communication, and how it connects to what an organisation says to the world, has long been the centre of gravity in my work. It shapes how I think, how I listen, and how I support organisations today. I bring a calm, strategic presence and a collaborative working style — helping leaders and teams navigate complexity with confidence and care.
I’m based in Annecy, France, in the Geneva region, and work with organisations across Switzerland, the UK and internationally. I work in English and also speak French and Spanish. Outside Arc, I write The Meaning Archive, exploring the many ways we make meaning of the world.
